The Collection of Judith Getz Buzzell

The silver cross necklace is made by the Tuareg people. "The Tuareg are the nomadic people who roamed across North Africa until famine killed all their camels. They were fierce warriors (these are the men who drape their faces). Many are in W. Africa where my brother was a missionary (Rep. of Niger and Nigeria - I visited both and brought things back) and are watchmen/guards and craftsman. There is little other work for them." -Judith Buzzell

Good estate condition.
