A William IV Rosewood Veneer Tea Caddy

Circa 1835, casket form with highly figured veneer inlaid with a mother of pearl escutcheon, and featuring two brass wreath form lifting handles at the sides, the caddy stands on four suppressed bun feet. The interior has two lead lined rosewood canisters with hinged lids, centered by a well for a mixing bowl.
