19th century, possibly Philadelphia and in the manner of work by Robert Wellford, carved and gilt wood with gesso decoration, projecting upper molding with drop acorn finials, frieze decorated with a scene of Apollo and his chariot flanked by flame finial urns, over three mirrors flanked by fluted columns, shell and swag base trim.
