Circa 1800, mahogany veneer, oak and pine secondary, two part form, top with applied cornice featuring drop finials, bookcase with astragal moldings, louvered shelved interior, base with hinged slant lid, the lid with line inlay and banded veneer border, interior with central prospect drawer featuring an inlaid conch shell and eight drawers, above three graduated cock beaded long drawers, on bracket foot base.
