Early 20th century, two-part form, box with hinged lid, the top with four matched mahogany veneer panels, interior with Wesley Bober Humidor hygrometer, case with inset steel handles, set within a carved base, raised on cabriole legs with acanthus carved knee and ball and claw feet.
