Boston or New York, circa 1820, mahogany veneer, white pine and poplar secondary, rare fully turned striated marble columns with gilt bronze capital, with similar rectangular marble top, upper long drawer above two unusual concave hinged doors with later pierced metal grilles, paneled sides, raised on turned tapered feet.

Marble top old and possibly original with full depth break and tight repair; top with some discoloration; right column with old break and tight repair; doors likely with original caning, now with later screen; gilt loss and chipping to feet; old surface throughout with crazing.
