A total of 63 stamps are presented in four frames with custom mats titled "Migratory Bird Hunting Stamps" and die-cut to highlight the individual specimens. The stamps through 1978 are imprinted with artist and plate information; the stamps thereafter through 1993 are either identified by manuscript or left blank; the last three stamps are simply laid onto the mat and held in place by the glass above.

Each frame 15 x 19 in.

All of the stamps are hinged except for the final three.
