Piedmont North Carolina, attributed to the James Gheen School, Rowan County, early 19th century, walnut with yellow pine secondary, two-part form, later top to base, later mid 19th century walnut top with applied flared cornice above two hinged cabinet doors with four windows each, shelved interior, circa 1800 base having a walnut case with yellow pine secondary, featuring an applied molded top edge, two over three graduated lipped drawers, reeded quarter columns with lamb's tongue, shaped bracket foot base.
