Circa 1900, mahogany, removable hood with hinged glazed door, gilt and silverplate face with painted moon dial, subsidiary second and date dials, beveled glass waist door, flanked by fluted quarter columns, raised on paw feet, with pendulum, key and weights.

Charlotte is a NC native with a lifelong interest in art. She grew up in eastern NC, went to school in Raleigh and later owned a gallery in Pinehurst. She has lived in the Sandhills area for the last 30 years and gained recognition for both her work and her service in the arts community.
Fair condition; lower panel cracks in two parts; hood door with break and repair and currently ill fitting; break and loss to two finials, crazing to original surface.
