19th century, alkaline glazed stoneware, the first has approximately three gallon capacity (12.75 x 10 in.) (2 in. hairline from rim; rim chipping; one handle with small chip the other with large chip; base with long hairline); the second jar approximately one gallon (rim chip; some slight glaze flaking) both unmarked.
