The first a fiber sculpture by Mika McCann of Hawaii, crafted from a Hawaiian wattle mix of philodendren, wattle, Watsonia, and palm, signed on the underside, with original label and artist's bio (7.25 in.); the second a Hawaiian gourd vessel with stitched foliage edge and with large seed pod, signed and dated "Drake 2013" to the underside (6.5 in.); and the third a ceramic pot with incised and stained decoration signed "Van Grey" to the underside (7 in.).

Mika McCann is an internationally recognized fiber artist working only with local species found near her studio on the slopes of Haleakala in Hawaii. Her work has been exhibited at the American Craft Museum in New York and she was honored with a first place award from the state-wide exhibition of Hawaii Craftsmen at the Honolulu Academy of Art.
