Rivington, 1823), 32mo (5.25 x 3.25 in.), full calf with gilt, fore-edge shows fox hunters at a full gallop (minor bumps to covers; small area of loss to flyleaf); Berington, Joseph. The Literary History of the Middle Ages (London: David Bogue, 1846), 12mo (7 x 12.765 in.), light tan morocco embellished with gilt school name, the fore-edge with a whaling scene, a plate on the front pastedown indicates the book was an academic prize presented to Joseph Hipkins by the Townsend House School (expected wear to boards, very good condition); Washingham and Payne-Gallwey. Shooting (London: Longmans, Green, and Co., 1886), small octavo (7.5 x 5.5 in.), smooth red morocco with gilt rules and spine, the fore-edge painting shows hunters shooting at game birds (light wear; some foxing on title page).
