19th century, gilt encrusted and raised on short cabriole legs, each is delicately hand-painted with classical scenes; the lidded cream jug depicts the Centaur abducting Deianeira while the covered sugar shows the Aetos Dios in one panel and the Triton and Nymphe in the other.
