The first is a 19th-early 20th century Meissen figural of putti adorning themselves with flowers, underglaze pommel crossed swords on the underside, inscribed "A 4-8" and stamped "145" (5.5 x 4.75 in.) (small petal and leaf nicks); the second is a Meissen style grouping of Hercules wearing the Nemean lion head adornment surrounded by warrior putti, faux crossed swords mark and stamp D-29 on the bottom (repair to Hercules' foot; drum sticks broken off) (7.75 x 7 in.) (unidentified mark).
