Likely French, late 19th century, eight light form with scrolling foliate arms, foliate crown motif to standard, the central standard featuring three rosettes with central light blue glass bosses, the base incorporating fleur-de-lis and paw feet, mounted to a later black granite plinth, brass engraved plaque to base.
