Piedmont, North Carolina, possibly Orange or Alamance County, early 19th century, poplar and yellow pine secondary, two-part form, elevated dovetailed cornice with applied stepped cove molding, two hinged doors each with molded mullions and six window lights, shelved interior, the base featuring a rare pull-out serving slide, two upper side-by-side drawers above two paneled hinged cabinet doors, shelved interior, scalloped skirt, shaped bracket feet.

92.75 x 52 (case width 50.5 in) x 16.5 in.

With a Hillsborough, Orange County history. To include the Webb and the Cameron families, by descent to current consignor.

Appears to retain original feet and skirt.

Overly refinished; replaced hinges and pulls; drawer runners rebuilt; rear foot bracings replaced; front right foot facing with hairline crack; horizontal one-inch space bar above scalloped skirt; missing end caps.
