Pennsylvania, circa 1800, poplar and white pine secondary, rectangular case, lid with wrought iron strap hinges and applied molded edge, interior with till to the left side, dovetailed case, the front panel with sulphur inlaid "S. MILLER," within a lightwood line inlaid lozenge, within a lightwood line inlaid panel, with inlaid quarter fans, above three side-by-side lipped drawers, each with lightwood line inlay, base with triple line light and dark wood inlay, raised on shaped bracket feet, paper label to verso "Railway Express Chambersburg, Pennsylvania RR."
