The first a Liverpool pitcher made in 1976 by Mottahedeh to commemorate the Bicentennial, one side has an American eagle and motto "Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all Nations, entangling Alliances with none" by Thomas Jefferson in 1804 and the bottom of the pitcher has George Washington's coat-of-arms; the second piece is a Chinoiserie decorated lidded box made in France, 1981, for Tiffany & Co.
