18th century, mahogany, shaped crest rail, acanthus leaf carving, reticulated and carved back splat, fluted shoe, scrolled and carved arms, with acanthus leaf and flower, molded seat rail with relief carved acanthus scroll, raised on straight legs with repeating leaf decoration, stretcher base with relief carved panels, with golden damask upholstered slip seat.
