American, circa 1910, five parts, ogee molded cornice over a nine drawer compartment, each drawer pulls out with hook catch allowing the drawer to fold over with a hinged support bar to secure papers, over a seven drawer compartment with hook and fold over feature and spring support panel to secure documents, over a twelve drawer section, six of which feature the hook and fold over mechanism and document support bar, the other six are straight pull out and sliding bookend, the bottom section with six open drawers having straight pull out, paneled sides on a molded base.

Refinished and polished; overall good estate condition.
