Martin, Oak Park, Ills.," blind stamp in upper left below the rendering (overall age toning; some crimping and light damp stains to edges); Plate XXIII (23), "Typisches Billiges Wonhaus Für Die Curtis Publishing Company," blind stamp to immediate right of ground plan "A" in lower left (trivial browning to edges); Plate XXV (25), "Ward W.
