Harrison County, Virginia (now Marion County, West Virginia), circa 1800, attributed to the shop of Jacob Shinn, one-piece form, poplar secondary, applied cove molded cornice above a frieze with distinctive applied reeding, bottom edge of frieze with barber pole inlay, two hinged doors with mullions having eight window panes each, upper interior with three shelves with plate rails, flanked by inlaid stiles with vine and berry descending spheres and barber pole inlay, applied waist molding, two lower paneled hinged doors with inlaid shield escutcheon, canted corners, raised on applied shaped bracket feet with upper molded edge and barber pole inlay.
