Circa 1890, Elkhart, IN., original blue and white enamel with brass spouts, hinged lid opens to reveal soap dish with water dispensers, the water from the basin is released when the lid is closed, nickel plated mounts, labeled.

Overall good condition with some enamel chips to edges; pitting, rust and plating loss to hinge arms; rusting to rear pipe fittings.
