The first by Harold Mowat (NY/Canada, 1879-1949), depicting a young child standing outside a stage entrance at night, signed at lower right, matted and framed under glass (DOA 19.5 x 12.5 in.); the second a sketch titled on the verso "Accordion Player / 8th & Race Street 1930 / by (illegible)," illegible signature at lower right, matted and framed under glass (DOA 19.5 x 15.5 in.); and the third signed and dated "Louis Levine 1973," depicting an aerial view of a market street, matted and framed under glass (DOA 19.5 x 21 5/8 in.).

Good estate condition - neither examined out of the frame.
