Forsyth County, 1820-40, yellow pine and poplar secondary, rectangular top with breadboard sides and front edge with relief carved lower edge molding, two over three graduated lipped drawers, some cursive assorted red crayon to interior boards, chest attached to lower molded frame stile base, with four turned feet.

A good example of work from the Salem cabinet school, and with highly figured tiger maple.

Top reset and with dark staining; later pulls; some lip edge chipping and loss.
