A Confederate cane by Buddy Fisher painted with a face at the top and a flag mid-section, the gnarled area has been carved and painted resembling wrap-around snakes with bead eyes, unsigned (45.5 in.); the second cane is from eastern NC and is carved in bas relief with face, a spear, and praying hands, unsigned (38 in.) (original split to wood at base area).
