(crystal with scratches; small band with break; case with break and loss); the third reference #GZ 147 Kotinos, dial depicting the presentation of the kotinos and with clear plastic strap band with blue and white detailing to "Olympiad" and torch, with box and papers (34mm diameter; 9.25 in.); and a Balfour lapel pin commemorating the "Atlanta 1996 / Opening Ceremonies / July 19th 1996" and reverse stamped 1300/1996.
