Three American Redware Pottery Vessels, 19th century

The first a jar found in the Winthrop, Maine area with later associated cover with incised swirl design, ex. Weston Collection (6 in.) (chipping to jar rim and cover); the second a redware bowl with tapered sides and manganese decoration to interior walls and well, likely Pennsylvania, (2.5 x 6 5/8 in. diameter) (filled hairlines to both sides, some old chips to rim); the third a redware planter with sponged manganese decoration, likely Pennsylvania (6 in.) (hairline to rim, old firing flaw to one side).
