The first an oil on board signed "J. Nelson" at lower right, presented in an oak frame with linen liner (DOA 30 x 24 in.); the second a watercolor on paper by Glenwood Blount, titled Purple Mountain Majesty, signed and dated 3-5-95, matted and framed under glass (DOA 17.75 x 32 in.).

Good estate condition.
