The medals earned by Private A. E. Smith, of The Rifle Brigade during the Boer War and of the King's (Liverpool) Regiment during the Great War. Included are the Queen's Medal (Victoria), the King's medal (Edward VII), the 1914-15 Star, the War Medal and the Victory Medal. Along with the medals is a brass collar badge for the King's Regiment. Presented behind glass in a wooden frame along with a very brief service history; the verso has a more extensive typed narrative.
