Circa 1800, pine, and deal secondary, two-part form, applied molded cornice, three side-by-side upper drawers above three graduated drawers all with light and dark wood herringbone inlay to drawer edge, base with applied top molded edge, three graduated drawers with repeating light and dark wood inlay, shaped bracket foot base.

Included is a 19th century blacksmith watercolor that was found in the chest and framed by the consignor.
Applied cornice with breaks and repairs; right side cornice with current split; shrinkage cracks to upper left and right side case; replaced pulls; missing several areas of light and dark wood inlay; rear left and right foot facings replaced; front feet original.
