Including two ink sketches attributed to Anne Frances Hill (NC, 1932-2008), one retaining a Garden Gallery of Raleigh label to the verso, each signed "A. Hill" (Bird - DOA 8.75 x 8 3/8 in.) (Imp - DOA 7.5 x 7.5 in.); and an ink and watercolor on paper of a mouse signed "Winterbottom" (DOA 11 x 8.75 in.).

Anne Hill graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 1955, studying under the influential Gregory Ivy. Her work is included in the collections of North Carolina Museum of Art, Raleigh, NC; the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art, Winston-Salem, NC; and the GreenHill Center for NC Art, Greensboro, NC.
