Born in Buenos Aires, Efraim Modzelevich emigrated to Israel in 1939. He maintained a studio in Old Jaffa. He exhibited in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, including a 1962 exhibition at the Helena Rubinstein Pavilion, Tel Aviv Museum.
