20th century, handmade in the antique manner, the first pair with relief carved and pierced crest, finial post, four shaped half-column splats, rush seat, bulbous turned front stretcher, Spanish front feet (48 x 20 x 15 in.); the second pair with a shaped and pierced crest featuring heart, finial post, four molded slats, rush seat, tuned front stretchers (45.5 x 19.5 x 15.5 in.); all four in black paint.
