In 1967 Don Yenko, whose Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, Chevy franchise is now a legend, decided to go big with the L72 (427ci engine, 450 horsepower) conversions on the just-released Camaros as a dealer installed option. By 1969 the factory was furnishing these big block "Yenko" cars to dealers, utilizing COPO processes. Yenko went one further and put the L72 engine in a dealer converted Nova. It made the Nova a very serious car, briefly. Only 38 were ever built by Yenko, and it's believed that only 10 remain. With a 4 speed manual transmission and a 4:10 geared rear-end this car was always trying to kill you, and Chevrolet refused to produce the Nova through the COPO channels.
There are now many Yenko Nova clones, and this appears to be one of the finest in regards to the workmanship, fit, finish, and drivability.

New build with amazing paint and interior; over $60k invested with lots of new parts and recent services; drives correct, and is very fast, includes original owners manual, and Protect-O-Plate.

No apparent concerns.
