With the 17th century mark of the factory founded by Jacobus Pynacker (active 1660-1698), brushed on tan field with alternating cartouches of a parrot amid foliage and a single stylized tulip bud, raised on a short recessed ring foot, interior painted with blossoms, with Pynacker's mark on the underside.
