A modern version of a 1965 Morgan Plus 4 sports car. Hand crafted in Malvern, UK with a lightweight aluminum coach built body using lightweight ash wood and aerospace forming technology, bonded galvanized steel chassis and suspension with race proven pedigree, and a modern drivetrain from Ford and tuned by Morgan engineers. This, the last year of production of the 80 year old steel chassis design, to be replaced by a bonded aluminum platform. The precise leather and trim work are reminiscent of the hand built cars of the past that new car makers attempt to mimic.

Equipped with a Ford 2.0 Liter four cylinder engine with 154 horsepower and a Mazda five speed manual transmission, and electronic power assisted steering was added. With a weight of 2400 pounds this car is very nimble and provides the 'seat of the pants" driving experience you would expect.

The aluminum and ash body is painted in Anniversary Blue to commemorate the 80th birthday of the 4/4. Every surface you touch inside is covered in upgraded Soft Rich Tan full grain leather extended to the tunnel and sills, and upgraded box weave brown carpet and matching mats with rubber all weather mats. A Beige Mohair hood with matching tonneau cover and padded cover for the removable side curtains. The Zebrawood dash and glovebox cover, black piping on the seats, door pockets, sun visor, leather bonnet strap, spare tire with luggage rack, driving spotlights, 15" painted wire wheels, and am/fm/cd/bluetooth stereo are some of the options chosen by the owner to fully customize the car to make it unique.
