The first a winter scene with figures, watercolor on paper (laid down), signed "J. Homer Litchfield" at lower right (DOA 13.5 x 12 in.); the second a landscape, watercolor on paper, signed "J. H. Litchfield" at lower right, matted and framed under glass (DOA 18.5 x 23.5 in.) (damp stains to mat, not examined out of the frame).
