Circa 1940, deeply carved and stained oak with red velvet interior, the lid with scrolled acanthus borders enclosing a central double-arched panel containing the arms of the United States and the Commonwealth of the Philippines.

The Philippine eagle detached and repaired; the American eagle with possible repair to neck. Overall good estate condition.
