Wood-fired, salt-glazed floor vase, extreme ovoid form, having a rounded lip, two thick applied handles at the upper shoulder, the body decorated with vertical taped glaze stripes following the contour of the vase. The underside has an original aperture and is inscribed "D. Craven".
