Lot Details & Additional Photographs
Well-turned form attributed to A.R. Cole Pottery, 1950s, celery green glaze, crafted with a highly arched grooved handle, bulbous body, rounded base foot, unsigned.
26 x 10 in.
As the body tapers into the foot there is a circle of intermittent spots where the glaze did not adhere, thus leaving small craters, original post-firing condition. Similar pin-prick craters are scattered throughout the body and handle.
