Both second half 19th century, the first by William Moore with 34 in. barrel marked LONDON FINE TWIST, the lockplates signed "Wm Moore & Co," walnut stock (barrels loose; lacking ramrod and left hammer); the second marked "Van Wort Son & Co.," 32 in. barrel with LONDON mark, checked walnut stock, gilt inlay at breech (lacking hammers), both guns with considerable wear and some oxidation; the miscellaneous parts present include hammers, hammer springs, a lockplate and various screws.
