with a 2.5-litre inline six cylinder engine and a four-speed manual transmission. The past year has involved a major transformation of this car, with full documentation, from the condition it was when purchased for $2500 in 2019. A mechanical refreshment was performed, as well as a repaint and new full interior. The list of mechanical improvements include: all new front and rear brakes including drums and master cylinder, new shocks in front along with tie rod ends, sway bar links, a-arm bushings are intact with an alignment performed, in the rear the lever shocks were rebuilt and new links installed, the driveshaft was rebuilt and balanced, rear differential mounts replaced, a reconditioned radiator and new shroud were installed, new alternator, fuel pump and a full tuneup, the carbs were rebuilt with adjustable jets added (not originally adjustable). This TR6 drives like a new car.

As far as cosmetics go the car was repainted in a correct color code but it appears slightly different, because of the base/clear coat process. Listed originally as #73 Russet Brown, it was repainted in a Dupont #43403LH Sepia Maple paint, and it shows great, with no areas of concern. The body was virtually rust-free and in great condition, with only the drivers side floor pan replaced. There was a small patch of rust that could have been patched, but opted for replacement. The original bumpers are straight and bear little weathering. All new rubber was installed around doors and windows, and a new windshield installed. A new reflector top was added. New windshield wipers and bezel were included. A new spare tire was also fitted.

For the interior nothing was overlooked. It is new from the dash, down to the seat rails. The new interior kit in vinyl Biscuit was supplied by Victoria British Ltd. other parts supplied from Engel Imports and Moss Motors. The transmission tunnel was replaced with an ABS type and insulation added to it, under the hood and the trunk. A new boot cover and tonneau are also included.
