An antique French faience tray with lidded ink (numerous glaze flakes and chips; hairline to rim of ink and five to tray; hairlines appear stable) (4.25 x 7 1/8 x 5 1/8 in.) retains old paper label; the second is a contemporary majolica double ink stand from Portugal (6.25 x 9.5 x 5 in.) (some low spots remain unglazed as made; roughness at back upper edge; chip to one ink well).
