The first an ornate brass letter opener with opalescent glass handle decorated with bezel set turquoise colored beads, likely late 19th century (9 in.); the second an unmarked silver pill box with lapis and malachite stones inlaid on hinged cover, 20th century (.75 x 1.5 x 1 1/8 in.); the third a carved meerschaum pipe depicting a young woman with birds and basket of flowers, in case, lacking pipe stem, presented in the original fitted case (good estate condition); and the fourth a crucifix, unmarked and featuring a cast figure of Christ against an inset wooden cross within a silverplate surround (4 5/8 x 2 3/8 in.)
