Henry Andrews was a London artist who specialized in painting genre and historical scenes. He was particularly known for his adaptions and imitations of the Rococo garden scenes of Watteau. He exhibited at the Royal Academy in the 1830s, as well as at the British Institute and the Royal Society of British Artists.
