This is an original illustration for the children's book, Harvest Time, by Ron Hirschi that was published in 1991. A copy of the book accompanies this lot.

Deborah Haeffele received her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MA in design from North Carolina State University. She has exhibited work at the North Carolina Museum of Art, Raleigh; the Janice Charach Gallery, West Bloomfield, Michigan; and the Society of Illustrators, New York.
