19th century, worked in wool, black ground centered with a tufted poodle with glass eyes, sitting amongst a floral-filled basket, with grape leaves, and lilies, presented under glass in a likely orignal molded frame.

Possible loss to poodle; not examined out of frame; frame with some loss of finish.
