Attributed to Richmond or Fredericksburg, early 19th century, mahogany veneers, yellow pine secondary, horizontal D shaped form with deep convex corners, and recessed center section, the top with vertical banded veneered edge and lightwood inlay at top corner, two central stacked drawers with highly figured flame veneers, flanked by two hinged cabinet doors, each with an open interior and highly figured flame veneers, flanked by false rear side panel, each drawer, door, and panel featuring a triple line light and dark wood inlay to edge, raised on four tall square tapered legs each with lightwood line inlay and inlaid cuff.

Three long but tight shrinkage cracks to top; some dark staining and wear to top; later bracing to underside of top; replaced hinges; pulls old and in original holes; top drawer with evidence of beginning pull holes but does not go through; triangular veneer patch to right side rear panel; other small repairs; overall good estate condition.
