The first with a portrait miniature of a lady within a reticulated frame prong set with pearls, bail stamped 14K and mount tested 14KT (1 7/8 x 1.5 in.) (evidence of solder repair at finding); the second an antique shell carved cameo depicting the profile of a Classical woman, with halo of seed pearls, engraved "V.C.T Sept. 14th 1857", completed with pin stem and hinged bail, likely gold filled (2 x 1.75 in.)
